How the platform

Course Access
When you purchase the digital course, you receive ongoing access for the life of the product. If we ever need to sunset or move the platform, we will give you ample notice to download the written materials.

Purchases & Security
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers, and we reserve the right to refuse service or refund a purchase if necessary.

Account Responsibility
Your account is for your personal and family use. Please keep your login information secure. If we detect that a single account is being distributed publicly, we may revoke access to protect the platform.

Limitation of Liability
We offer this wisdom in good faith to help you prepare. However, we cannot be held legally liable for the specific outcomes of your family’s journey, your grief process, or your interactions with Mexican authorities.
