We created these resources to bring you clarity during an overwhelming time. We have no interest in making things more difficult for you. Our refund policy is simple, human, and honors the distinct nature of the digital, physical, and personal items we offer.

Personal Items

Digital Courses & PDFs

Because our digital course and PDF guides contain immediately downloadable planning materials, digital access is non-refundable once your account has been accessed. If you have trouble accessing your materials, please reach out to us directly so we can help.

Physical Workbooks

Because the spiral-bound Life File workbooks are printed on demand and shipped directly to you by our printing partner, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your book arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

How to request

To Request Help
Simply reply to your purchase receipt email, or email Rob directly at support@adiosamigosguide.com. Let us know what isn’t working for you.

Damaged Workbooks
If your physical book is damaged, please include a clear photograph of the defect in your email so we can process the replacement with the printer.

Processing Time
If an exception or physical replacement is approved, it is submitted immediately. If a credit is issued, it typically takes your bank 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds
If it has been more than 10 days and an approved refund has not appeared, please contact your bank first, as they often have processing delays. If they cannot locate it, email us and we will verify the transaction.

Clarity is an act of kindness.
We have no intention of making a heavy time more difficult.
